Dr. Yaron Danon has been named the Edward E. Hood, Jr. Endowed Chaired Professor in Nuclear Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. An endowed chaired professorship is among the highest honors bestowed on a Rensselaer faculty member. We congratulate Yaron on this well-deserved recognition of his numerous accomplishments.
